  3. Special Music Ideas • Solos during the offering: • Instrumental Solo • Vocal Solo • Duet, Trio, Small Ensemble

  4. Special Music Ideas • Singing Company Selection • Junior Band Selection • Songsters Selection • Band Selection • Timbrels!

  5. Special Music Ideas • Does Not have to be musical: • Can be a dance selection • A video clip of a performance that the congregation could not attend due to distance (ie- from Camp) • Or a small drama • Group, or monologue

  6. How do you spark interest? • If you are even the slightest bit musical, and enjoy giving glory to the Lord, then do something yourself! Show your congregation what can be done. Sing a piece- play a piece! Act out a monologue or a small group drama piece.

  7. Interview folks around you • You have 5 minutes to walk around the room and find a “special music person” who has something to offer during your service. Please be prepared to share what you found! GO!
