Anecdote – Village with hardships There was a village which was going through great hardships because of poor or no rains since last 4 years and therefore the villagers decided to have mass prayers before their God in the local ground where the whole village can gather for mass prayers. But there was only one child who came with an umbrella. He was asked by the people why he was carrying the umbrella, he simply replied with confidence that since he is going to pray before God and he will bless us with good rainfall I brought the umbrella so that I will not get wet. That is the level of confidence one should possess.

  21. People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, they make them.- George Bernard Shaw

  22. CONFIDENCE MAKES YOU:INTERNALLY STRONG& CAPABLE TOACCEPT NEW CHALLENGES

  23. Challenges Brainstorming What is Challenge to you as a person or as an entrepreneur/leader?

  24. Challenge Everyone wants to be great. Everyone wants to get noticed in this world of never ending cut-throat competition. Everyone wants to be at the ‘happening’ place all the time. How does one achieve that?

  25. Challenge All of us are quite happy to be spectators in this world. How many of us are truly the players? Now, do you want to be included in 98% or would you like to be the noticed 2%? Do you want to be in that exclusive club of 2% who would have the cutting edge to reach super levels?

  33. Challenges Anyone Can Hold The Helm When The Sea is Calm

  34. One good thing about failure is that you appreciate the victory all the more. It's not the failing that counts, but what you do with it.

  35. The great men and women of history are remembered not because they never failed, but because they didn't let their failures stop them. They kept on until they succeeded.

  36. Always remember that there's a difference between failure, —which happens many times in our lives, and being a failure —which only happens if we decide to give up and quit. There's a big difference between saying "I fail" and "I'm a failure."

  39. Brainstorming What is Creativity to you as a person or as an entrepreneur/leader?

  40. Creativity In the year 1957 a group of 24 scientists assembled in Washington. They were asked to predict what they thought the world would be like in 20 years time. These scientists represented different industries and different disciplines and came from different parts of the world. They were, for all practical purposes, men who were actually shaping the world of tomorrow – then. They deliberated for three days and came with a long list of things to come – after 20 years, what men will eat, what they will wear, how they will communicate, how will they go from one place to another, how they will spend the time and so on. These were the predictions they made for a future that was 20 years away. But what happened? In one year, two years, three years several of the things from the list started becoming realities. People were wondering as to how it is possible?
