  3. Marine Locations • Marine biomes are pretty much located all over the world the only thing that changes in marine biome locations are the temperatures of the water, which effect the different types of animals that live there.

Web of a Marine Biome • Primary production in the open ocean is carried out by phytoplankton of diverse species, ranging in size from extremely small photosynthetic bacteria, to larger but microscopic unicellular and colonial algae. • The phytoplankton are grazed by small crustaceans known as zooplankton, and these are eaten in turn by small fish. The small fish are in turn eaten by bigger fish

  5. Marine Animals • Eel, sea turtle, tropical fish and rock fish kinds of sharks and whales, toads, jellyfish, crabs, octopuses, plankton and lots of bacteria.

  7. Fun facts • The marine biome is the largest biome on earth. • The marine biome has a more diverse population of species than any other biome • The marine biome covers ¾ of the earth
