  3. A-1: Pumping Test or Multi-Phase Pilot Test (In House) • The base hrs have been changed from 12 to 10, kits from 120% to 100% • Excluded permit hrs and NPDES fee • Can now task any combination of whole or partial days (1/10 day) • Should be adjusted to nearest 1/10 day actual 3

Template Report Options for SSA During RA Phase • Section 5.8.3 – Three template report options • H-20: RA Interim Report – use directly if sampling 10 or less MWs or installing & sampling 3 or less MWs/borings • H-21: RA General Report – use equivalent in ‘Other’ report type (H-26) if sampling 10 to 20 MWs or installing & sampling 4 to 10 MWs/borings • H-17: Soil Source Removal Report – use equivalent in ‘Other’ report type (H-26) if sampling more than 20 MWs or installing & sampling more than 10 MWs/borings 31
