2. To support students in having a quality work experience placement. The WEX Log Aims: By encouraging students to: • Follow a process of plan, do and review. • Use the Key Skills & Quality section towards Diploma functional skills and PLTS. • Set own individualised targets for WEX.

3. Students complete these sections before their work experience

4. Students find out information about their placement

5. Students assess their Key Skills before and after their work experience

6. Students assess their qualities before and after their work experience

7. Students choose a work experience task to complete

9. The student completes attendance and punctuality record daily Important to be completed during induction process

10. The student reviews their work experience

11. Finally students check all tasks are completed so they can be awarded a certificate
