Leadership roles? Enrichment? Relationships?) • Wider conversations: select students early and rehearse. (Didbook? Wider achievement diary? RoA?) • Consortium working: Consortium Co-ordinator, QA, data sharing. A real or “what if” case study to test these. • Data: attainment (especially ASP per student and APS per entry), value added, Year 12 - 13 retention/drop-out.
