  4. The EVENTS - 1962 • Feb 3 - Meredith failed to prove • June 11 – Hinds County not Attala County • June 25 – 5th Circuit Reverses Ruling • “Stay” of 5th Ruling • Sept 10 – ‘stay’ set aside – Meredith admitted
