Commission Question 1:How does the proposed new zoning/land use densities compare to the existing zoning/land use densities? Comparison: Existing and Proposed IVMP Zoning * Calculated for existing zoning using 160 SF bedrooms, 400 SF living rooms, 400 SF dinning rooms, and 240 of miscellaneous additional space.
