  1. EXPECTATIONS • Objectives • Review items and handling of the POWER Monthly Report + Post Log • Discuss Mini Training Sessions, and date of first session • Post Scorecard

  2. POWER Monthly Report • We need reports after each monthly meeting • Attendance, outcomes, etc. • One peer leader should be responsible for this • Decide who this is going to be • Have him/her fill out the colored half sheet and give to us today • Post Log is for YOU; do not turn in to us!

  3. Mini Training Sessions (MTS) • Held in the evenings, 6:30-8:00, usually on a weeknight • Will occur monthly, then bi-monthly • List of topics is in your binder • This will also be where you add new material! • Next month: Do your first script and post report • At the first MTS after that, we will debrief, and then give everyone a new script

  4. Post Scorecard • Will be introduced at the next MTS • Way for us to evaluate a post’s progress/activities: • Are you attending training sessions regularly? • Is scripted material being delivered at the post? • Are monthly reports being turned in? • Is the Health Corner set up? • What special activities are going on?
