  7. REALITY • DID YOU WORK TO MAKE YOUR EXPECTATION BECOME REALITY • DID YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR EXPECTATION TO YOUR NEW MEMBER? • ARE HIS EXPECTATION THE SAME AS YOURS? • WHAT ARE HIS EXPECTATION?
