Implementation Project Management • Implementation Project Management is provided to manage the Ascom Project Lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Installation, Training, Live and Close). • Clinical and other mission critical installations require professional leadership. • Pricing is per day based on the type of implementation project and other professional services provided.
Clinical Services (Clinical Consultation & User Training) • Clinical Consultation is performed at the customer site and is the act of providing expert clinical guidance to clients who will include Ascom products in their clinical work flow. • Clinical Consulting will coincide with the Implementation Project Lifecycle. • Clinical User training is performed at the customer site and teaches care givers how to use the Ascom portable devices and integration solutions. • Live support. Clinical Specialist support customers on site while the commission a new system or upgrade.
Installation Services • General Implementation provides field engineering services to configure Ascom equipment. Use this service when you can not categorize the intended implementation service as equipment installation or messaging integration but need a certified expert to participate in an implementation project. • Equipment Installation provides field engineering services to install Ascom hardware and portable devices. • Standard Commissioning provides field engineering services to follow installation and put Ascom systems into service.
