Contract Vehicles • SPAWARSYSCEN N65236-11-R0010 • JCTD IPT Decision Support Enterprise Services • Mission: • Provide contract support to the Office of the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OVCJCS) across a range of initiatives, including Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs) and others • Provide primary contract support to the Space & Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) for the JCTD Integrated Product Team (IPT) competency organization • Scope: • Provide a wide range of information technology, engineering, integrated logistics, and other support services • Final Performance Work Statement (PWS) represents all SPAWAR service delivery areas with the exception of ship-based services and products • Customers / Locations: • Primary location is SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic, Charleston SC • Secondary location areas are Washington DC, Hampton Roads VA, New Orleans LA, San Diego CA • US Military and Civil agency shore facilities worldwide (CONUS/OCONUS) • Terms: • 5-year/$50M • Alpha negotiated • IDIQ / Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task/delivery order based • Performance based; managed on Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
