E-Authentication • User must have E-Authentication Account • Request new E-Auth accounts at: http://www.eauth.egov.usda. gov/eauthEmployeeCreateAccount.html • Select “Create An Account” and follow instructions • E-Authentication accounts are usually created for new employees at their time of hire.

I-Web Profile and Roles • User must have an I-Web Profile • New users with no existing I-Web profile or roles will be directed to User Management Application (UMA) with their initial I-Web log-in • Profiles and Roles established, managed, updated through UMA • Roles allow users to edit data in I-Web • Instructions to request a new I-Web Profile: http://i-web.wo.fs.fed.us/support/mergedProjects/ basics/index.htm - accessprep_access_reqroles.htm

  8. I-Web Roles For Condition Survey Documentation • II_FEAT_MGR -Feature Record Manager. Required to add, update, and delete records for Features. • II_BLDG_MGR -Building Manager. Required to link Building records to other Infra objects. Required to add, update, and delete records for the following subjects: Buildings, Geolocators, Inventory, and Surveys. • II_WK_ITM_MGR - Work Items Specialist. Required to add, update, and delete Work Items (Tasks).
