Provides core instructional strategies to all students in preventative and proactive approach, with the intent that 80% of students will experience success here. -Support for general Ed students-school wide classroom management strategies and cultural competency LEA G10.1,G 11.11 School Site • Effective academic support • District wide social skills teaching • Reinforcing school wide behavioral expectation • Effective classroom management • Positive reinforcement systems • Fair and consistent response to problem behavior TSS Address academic and behavioral issues School Psychologist • Classroom consult • Attend TSS meetings Behavioral Health Department • Professional development for general education staff site staff for support and strategies in with Emotional and behavioral issue Tier I

Is for targeted at-risk students (approximately 15%) who are provided high efficiency interventions for a rapid response Students who do not respond to Tier I interventions and require intensive classroom support and small classroom strategies. Site admin or school psychologist will initiate referral to Program Manager for Behavior support consultation services. • General Ed Students • Special Ed students LEA Goal G9.1, G11.1, G12.1 School Psychologist • Class room consult • Individual consult • Consult with Behavioral Health Program Manager • Initiates and conducts assessments for Special Education services if student has not been successful through the TSS process • Behavioral Health • Program Manager • Coordinate social skills and behavioral support • Consult with site admin. and school psychologist • Placement change • Coordinates on site special education support • Behavioral health referrals/screenings Behavioral Specialist Consultations Environmental observation for students receiving Special Ed services School Site • Increased academic and behavioral support Tier IIIntervention and support

Interventions are designed for individual student, who have high intensity needs of longer duration (approximately 5%) Students who are receiving Special Education Services through the IEP Process (related services-school based Behavioral and mental health support) What do we offer? -Therapists -Comprehensive Evaluations to determine eligibility, treatment plans, intensive individual therapy, -Case Managers- Provide intensive behavior support and weekly Social Skills groups for students attending classes in the ED/EAR programs. Family support services include: home visits, linkage with outside agencies etc.. How are services monitored? - Staff maintain daily logs for all direct services that are provided. – Medical billing logs are also maintained, data collection is maintained for behavior intervention and crisis. - Staff Calendars are maintained. – Weekly meetings are held with all Behavioral Health Management staff including Case Managers- logs are discussed as well as client supports – Program Manager maintains consistent contact with Principals as well as site support staff through emails and site visits regarding support and services that are provided.
