Impact Study for GMS Countries • In 2005, Foundation for International Human Resource Development cooperated with Khon Kaen University and Chiang Mai University to conduct Impact Study for GMS Countries. • This project was funded by Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency. • The objectives were to bring the strengths of Thailand’s technical cooperation projects to make Thailand’s foreign policies and plan the technical cooperation projects for the GMS countries in the future.
