Sensitivity Study of GlobalFiler Kit: ICB Results for Forensic and Paternity Applications

This document presents the findings of the Sensitivity Study conducted on the GlobalFiler kit, focusing on the intra-color balance (ICB) of fluorescence within the same color. We analyzed samples using various concentrations (62.5 pg, 31.25 pg, and 15.6 pg) to assess the kit's performance for forensic and paternity testing. The results provide insight into the kit's effectiveness in maintaining accurate fluorescence balance, ensuring accurate DNA analysis in casework applications. Use of the GlobalFiler NGM kit is restricted to forensic or paternity purposes only.
