  2. Purpose Teachers will: • Gain an understanding of the place of consumer and financial literacy in the Australian Curriculum • Prepare to implement the MoneySmart Teaching units of work in their faculty • Discuss parent/carer focus group outcomes • Select a unit of work for implementation

  3. Context for MoneySmart School implementation The key characteristics of our school are: • school motto • vision/mission statement • parental involvement • significant attributes e.g. environmental programs, accelerated learning programs etc • enterprise activities such as fetes, market days, school fundraisers Do we provide learning opportunities that develop MoneySmart Students?
