  2. Proposal • Unconference- An unconference is a participant-driven meeting. • Get ideas on the tools that we need now • Form an open-source software group • Find ways to participate with non-HMIS service providers • Take HMIS data and systems to a new level

Proposal • Nutmeg Consulting will sponsor and run the Unconference. • Focus: Building an Open Source Community for HMIS Data Tools • All ideas and resulting data will be shared with all participants online. • Nutmeg Consulting will commit to financially supporting an Open Source Community for 1 year, after which the community should be able to sustain itself

  4. Proposal • Nutmeg Consulting is committed to the free sharing of ideas. • Nutmeg Consulting will support the creation of, and participate in, a separate governing body for the open source software group.
