  3. What’s so awesome about team 3?... EVERYTHING! Team 3 is a combination of 6th graders and 7th graders- the only combo team in the school! These students will have a slightly different schedule from the other teams in the building. Though the schedule may provide challenges, the Team 3 teachers are willing to help and will be patient as we all start the school year and get into the swing of things.

  5. 6th grade supplies • Two packages White loose-leaf notebook paper (replace as needed throughout the year) • One 3 inch, 3-ring binder (no Trapper Keepers) • 4 blue or black pens • 4 file folders • One 1-inch, 3-ring binder • Colored Pencils • One 3-hole pencil pouch for binder • 48 #2 Pencils • 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (large) • 4 Composition books • 1 pair (blunt end) scissors • 12 Glue Sticks • 4 boxes of facial tissues • 4 multi-colored highlighters • 1 Pencil Sharpener • Two sets of tab dividers • Pencil-top erasers • 4 3x3 sticky note pads • One package hole reinforcements • 10 clear sheet protectors

  6. 6th Grade exploratory • 6th graders will go to 2 Exploratory classes during the day. 1st Exploratory: All Team 3 6th graders will have PE. • 2nd Exploratory: • Mix with other 6th graders from different teams. • Art, FACS, Computers, • Technology, Careers, • Vocal Music, etc….

  7. Ms. Reinert: Social Studies • Beginning my sixth year at Fort Riley Middle School • I am a K-State graduate and an avid sports fan. • I teach 6th grade Ancient World History and 7th grade World Geography.

  14. EVENTS • KONZA PRAIRIE BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH (FALL) Seventh grade students will go Tuesday, September 10th. Sixth graders will go Thursday, September 12th. Lunch notifications must be returned by August 27th. • KONZA PRAIRIE BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH (SPRING) Dates will be announced at a later date.

Pamela Dombrowski USD 475 – Geary County Fort Riley Middle School 6th and 7th Grade Math Every child has the potential to learn...I believe every student can achieve success in mathematics with the proper guidance, instruction, challenge and motivation.
