It’s a game------- but it isn’t just a game. What’s dota? The full name of DOTA is Defense of the Ancient. It is just a map which is based on the game named Warcraft 3. However,it has become one of the most famous game in the whole world.

What’s dota? The full name of DOTA is Defense of the Ancient. It is just a map which is based on the game named Warcraft 3. However,it has become one of the most famous game in the whole world.
This game allows 10 people play at same time.It separates 10 people to two opposite groups which are sentinel and scourge。
As shown by the name of the game, the game is to defend his ancient ruins (the Tree of Life Guards parties, natural disasters party Frozen Throne), while destroying the other ancient relics. In order to reach the other side of the ancient ruins, the hero must overcome the other party of troops, defense buildings and heroes.
Players can kill each other in battle, gaining money and experience to make your own hero upgrade. More experience will help you improve the skills of the hero or properties .
You can use the money to buy more powerful equipments which will help you win the game .
In the Map there also distribute many neutral monsters, kill these monsters can also get money and experience . Different levels of monsters can provide different money and experience.
Compare with the Conventional battle game Warcraft 3 The difference is that it supply 104 heroes for players to choose , Each hero has his own skills and characteristics. so each player should understand the strengths and weaknesses of their skills and through the control of the hero to win the game.
As you see,it is the game which contains skill, fortunate, teamwork And awareness. So this is why people In each level are fond of it .Next I’ll introduce some hero to you.
Rogue knight---sven sven is all about getting pumped up. His skills allow him to deal a large area of effect damage to several target at once. Storm bolt is a powerful damage spell, which stuns both the target and all surrounding units for several seconds, allow sven to catch up and deal with them. God 's strength pumps sven's damage up to a very high levels.
Priestess of the moon--Mirana The priestess of the moon is known for her deadly arrow,which while difficult to land, will stun a target longer when fired from further away, she can send stars down upon enemies around her to deal damage,and land an additional starfall to one target at her feet.while always hard to catch, mirana is most deadly and feared when keeping her own prey from fleeing.
Drow ranger---Traxex The drow ranger is able to be quite a versatile fighter. she can provide constant support with her frost arrow to keep enemies pinned, silence them so they can not retaliate with spells once they are forced to fight. A good archer will keep their distance, kiting an enemy in constant barrage, never letting them get dangerously close, and traxex can achieve just that.
Dota is also very popular in china . There are many world famous teams such as DK,IG, NV,LGD and so on. these teams have won many world champions in different matches.
This is Ehome which is my Favorite dota team. In 2010, They won 10 champions and set up a dynasty.
