  2. 92 % of students agreed that Bluffton School is a great place to learn.

  3. 87% of students feel that their teachers help them to understand what it is they are supposed to be learning.

  4. 87% of students agreed that their teachers use a variety of ways to help them learn.

  5. 83% of students agreed that their teachers are using lot’s of learning activities to keep them interested about what they are learning.

  6. 96% of students agree that technology at school helps them to learn.

  7. 80% of students feel that their teachers recognize them for when they try their best in school.

  8. 84% of students agreed that they feel safe at Bluffton School.

  9. 92% of students agreed that if they have a question their teachers will help them to find the answer to their question.

  10. 96% of students agreed that they are able to enjoy various opportunities for physical activity through PE class/Rec. Ed. And intramurals and/or sports teams.

  11. 94% of students agreed that they are satisfied with the help that they get from their teachers.

  12. 79% of students agreed that when there is a problem involving themselves or other students, their teachers deal with those problems fairly.

  13. 89% of students agreed that if they have a question or problem that they can go and talk to at least one of the staff members at the school.

  14. 92% of students agreed that Bluffton School is a good place to go to school.

  15. 93% of students agreed that the staff at Bluffton School are doing things to try and improve their school each year.

  16. 16. Please add any additional comments about something specific you REALLY appreciate about Bluffton School? For example, is there a cool option course or opportunity that you have had or will have this year that you may not have had at another school? i.e. DARE, Recycling program, HAT team, Leadership team, Intramural programs, Grade 5/9 camp, Digital Citizenship, Stingers sports teams, Drama, Art, Outdoor Education, Laptop program, Library, Field trips, 7-9 CTS, Music, etc. • I really like that all of the teachers are excellent in their fields and I feel comfortable attending this school and one day sending my own kids here • Stingers sports teams • I really like that we have a leadership team that gives back to the students • I appreciate all the sports options we have and the intramurals • I really like the sport teams at Bluffton, and I also like grade 9 camp. • In this year of school Ilike how they added fitness to the year. • Bluffton school rocks • I really appreciate the sports teams at Bluffton school, they also have a reasonable cost for it to. • I really like the sports teams and activities • I like the sports teams • The Stinger sports teams are awesome! • Laptop program, Stingers sports teams, field trips, art, drama, & outdoor education! • I like the sports teams • Field trips sports teams grade 5/9 camp • Awesome teachers and I like grade 5 camp and digital citizenship. • Play hockey every other day of the week. • Stingers spots teams • Stingers sports teams • The computer lab • Computer lab

  18. 17. If Mr. Krauss were to travel in a time machine and become a student in your school for one day, what types of things would you tell him when talking about Bluffton School? What would you be proud of? What would you like to see changed or improved upon? • This school is awesome and I'm going to miss it when I'm in Rimbey. • I think it is good • We would be proud of all the banners we win all the years • The sports • I would be proud about how electronic are school is, and something to improve upon is to have a bigger gym • I would like vending machines and a better choice of foods at the canteen • That it is awesome • I'd be proud of the way the teachers help me with my problems, but they could improve just a little on it. • Do not make the whole class suffer for something 5 or 6 people did • If he was in my class, I would tell him not to act like the majority of them because it is not that smart. • We have many things to do • I would be proud of the sports teams • I would change that gr.6 can be on the leadership team. • I would say I love Bluffton school but I wish they had sports for 4-6 • More kinds of teams that more people like such as lacrosse. • The weight room is really fun • Sports teams and Iwould change the lockers • great recycling program, HAT team involvement, leadership activities are fun - - changed the gym already to be much better now • the technology bigger storage room (better equipment Newer)

  19. I would tell him that it is good • less healthy canteen • I would tell him that I love the laptops and that we have gym everyday. I think that we should keep the laptops and give us more sports to do at school. • Unlikely that would happen, but I would say he'll fit in fine today, and I wouldn't say anything about what I would like to see changed because that's rude. • I would tell him that this is a awesome school. I would be proud that we have good people in our school and teachers that will help us with problems. I would like to change or improve my grade in Math. • I would tell him that this is one of the most fun schools. I don't know what I would want improved • That it is a really good school • I would be proud that we have a lot of access to technology. I think that we should keep the laptop program for another couple years or so. • grade five camp • that it is a great place to learn and grow. I would be proud of all of our technology. • good safe school • Proud of all sports & maybe a pool?? • Proud of all sport teams and to improve more fieldtrips • Bluffton school is one my most favourite places to be and I never want to leave and go to Rimbey. • Bluffton is a great place to learn and play and has wonderful technologies and sports • more hockey stuff and a paintball place • is that you Mr. Krauss? • show him around • tell him all the rules and tell him all the students names • I wouldn’t improve any thing. • I am proud of this school of how there is always a teacher in this school that will be there to help you

Please add any additional comments you have about ways we can improve Bluffton School. • We could start a palaeontology club. • vending machines • More PE time • try to stop kids behaviour before it gets bad or make all the kids suffer for 5 or six kids • stop making all the kids suffer if only 4 or 5 kids are being bad • that gr.6 can be on the leadership team. • more opportunities for little kids. • hockey school • change the outside of the school • maybe we could have a hockey program. • more than one PE period per day • bigger storage room • We could get another teacher and classroom for the grade sevens because it is not nice to be combined for everything. • This school is awesome. What would we need to improve • more gym • we could problem get more involved in the community • need a better playground • Add a pool. • more fieldtrips • we can improve on recycling more and making sure that grade 5 and up should be able to participate in ANY sport in the school program and more field trips • each class have a gym period by themselves • get a mud pit and arts or paintball yard and dirt bike track and better bus drivers/bus • 5 and down should play soccer together • paint ball place and a dirt bike and better bus

Are there any option courses that MUST be continued next year?
