  3. Why is Thanksgiving celebrated in November? • It was celebrated in late November at the end of the harvest period to solidify the relationship between the settlers and the Native Americans.

  5. Thanksgiving Thanksgiving was created by the 16th president of the United States to improve the relationship between the Natives and the new settlers. Today, we celebrate the holiday on the 4th Thursday of November.
