Communities of Practice Hints and Tips 15th March 2014 Communities of practice (CoP)are self-governed groups of people who regularly interact with each other around a topic or shared interest. They come together to share and learn from each others experience translating that knowledge into practice. CoPscan operate face to face, virtually or a combination.
