  2. Housing Estates in Česka Lipa • There are nine housing Estates in Ceska Lipa. They were built after 1950 when they had discovered uranium near Ceska Lipa. The town became a miner town at that time. The oldest is probably Sever and the youngest is Lada. They are still building new houses there but they look quite different from the old ones. • The biggest housing estate is Spicak. There live in a very small area about 15 thousand people .

  3. Town Park • Town park - Our park is very good place for ralaxation .It is very big and unvoiced .In our park are many tipes of trees and flowers .This park is 132 years old !!! and it is one of 7 biggest parks in the Czech Republic

  4. Swimming pool We have two swimming pools in Česká Lípa. The first swimming pool is in reconstruction and the second is working. Swimming pool is 25 meters long and 12.5 meters wide. One hour for studets and adults is for 40 Kč and one hour for children(me) is for 20Kč.We have only one swimming team and it’s PKČL->Plavecký Klub Česká Lípa(swimming team ČL).

  5. Churches • There are five churches in Ceska Lipa. The oldest is by the river Ploucnice and is called Mari Magdaleny church. One church is in the park and it is hussite church. Our school has Christmas concerts in All Saints Basilica which is near the Museum.

Red house • Renesance pleasure house, originally a hunting castle built in1583 by Jetřich Jiří Berka • from Dubá.Till 19th century, it served as a residence of nobility, then as a dye house and a tavern. Since 1931, it has severved as a museum. A two-storey building with arcade. It was extant • sgraffitos.

  7. The TGM sqauare • The TGM square is the centre of Ceska Lipa. • It is one of the most beautiful places of our town. • There are many shops. • Shops with clothes ,bike shop. • We have a nice post office, too. • There are cafes Blue Lagoon,cafe Marylin, cafe,restaurant and hotel Moravanka,China restaurant,Tequila bar ,shop with musical instruments and information centre.In the information centre we and foreign turists get information about the town Ceska Lipa. • There are flats with nice history design. There are different architectures such as rennaisance, barrok and art nuova buildings.
