  2. Trainings Check List • Separate trainers for Panchayats & Urban bodies. • Commission intends to follow the cascade model. • Identify the persons who will be acting as ULMTs & BLMTs • Trainers being trained by the commission will impart • intensive & extensive trainings to ULMTs & BLMTs

Further down the line BLMTs and ULMTs to train the field personnel (for awareness, polling personnel, personnel involved in the preparation of PER. • Preparing the trainning material locally and sharing with other districts through commission. • Detail plan by 25th April • Plan should specify MTs/ULMTs/BLMTs and no of personnel to whom training would be imparted • Places where these trainings will take place
