  2. SnipAllows you to copy parts of the screen content 2. Click on Calculator 1. Type “calculator”

  3. 2. Click on the Snipping Tool link 1. Type “snip”

  4. Using Snip to capture a Selected Image 1. Click the arrow to the right of New 2. Select Rectangular Snip 3. Drag the left mouse around the calculator image to select the calculator image

  5. 1. The Snipping Tool Window now displays 2. Click the Edit Menu and then Click the Copy option

  6. 2. Click on the WordPad link 1. Type “Wordpad”

  7. 1. Click paste 2. The image is now pasted in WordPad 3.Close WordPad without saving the document 4. Close the Snipping Tool without saving the document

  8. Using Snip to capture an Entire Window Image 2. Click on MS Office Excel 2007 1. Type “excel”

  9. 2. Click on the Snipping Tool link 1. Type “snip”

  10. 3. Click anywhere on the Title Bar 1. Click on the arrow to the right of the New Icon 2. Click on Window Snip

  11. 1. The Snipping Tool window is open and the Excel 2007 window is now copied in the Snipping Tool File 2. Click Save As…

  12. 6. Close the Snipping Tool 7. Close the Excel Window 1. Click on the arrow to the left of the Computer Icon 2. Click on the arrow to the left of the OSDIsk(C:) Icon 3. Click on the Temp Folder 4. Name the file, Excel Capture 5. Click on Save
