Don Bowen, CEO From the Customer(s) Point of View • University Customers; • Administrative – • This change pain dependent upon the number of analog only TVs in the department. • Digital Tuners in PCs roll out dependent upon the communications and cohesiveness of the IT department. • Athletics - • Stadium had largest number of analog TVs, remain analog until a change in the stadium. • Coaches and other areas welcomed the HD and advanced services. • Housing – • Transitioned very easily, communications and education key.
