  12. S. 16 Planning Application 規劃申請 Facts 數據 Of the six applications submitted so far for drug centres (from the first one in 1998 to the latest one in August 2003), the applications were all processed within 2 months and were all approved. 1998年起至2003年8月止，共6個相關申請，一律在申請遞交後兩個月內獲批核。
