  10. BONUS INCOME *Distributor can earn one type of Bonus Income only.*Bonus Income is calculated on the basis of monthly sales.

  11. BONUS INCOME Example No. of sales in a month = 5000 *Silver Achievers = 10 Bonus Income of each Silver achiever = 5000 x 20 /10 = Rs.10000/-for the month *Gold Achievers = 5 Bonus Income of each Gold achiever = 5000 x 25/5 = Rs. 25000/-for the month .

BONUS INCOME Example No. of sale in a month = 5000 *Platinum Achievers = 2  Bonus Income of each Platinum achiever= 5000 x 30/2 = Rs. 75000/-for the month *Diamond Achievers = 1  Bonus Income of each Diamond achiever = 5000 x 35/1 = Rs. 175000/-for the month *Distributor can earn one type of Bonus Income only. *Bonus Income is calculated on the basis of monthly sales

CLUB INCOME Club Income will be given to distributor who have purchased Gold Jewellery above Rs.100,000/- *Example No. of sales (1750/-) in a month = 5000 No. of sales above Rs.1, 00,000/- = 5 Club Income of each achiever = 5000 x 25/5 = Rs. 25000/- per month. *Club Income will be given for 24 months only. *CLUB Income is calculated on the basis of monthly sales.

  14. ROYALTY INCOME • Any distributor can earn Royalty Income on achieving a target of 10000 pairs *Example • No. of sale in a month = 5000 • Royalty Achievers = 2 • Royalty Income of each achiever = 5000 x 25/2 = Rs. 62500/-for the month *Conditions Apply

  15. OTHER BENEFITS • One Silver Note can be redemeed / encashed on purchase of Diamond Jewellery above Rs 10000/- or Gold Jewellery above 10 grams. • Special Discount on purchase of Diamond / Gold Jewellery in cash for our distributors. * Jewellery being a costly item cannot be couriered. 

  16. DEDUCTIONS • TDS and Admin charges will be deducted from the incentives/income. • Trimming on binary income if required.
