Company Profile Sai Robotics is an acronym for Winner's in technology, manufacturing Top Quality control, monitoring, inspection and automation systems for metal forming, assembly presses rubber moulding, arc welding, Rubber Machinery, Rubber Injection Moulding & spot welding involving various control systems like PLC, HMI, SCADA, CNC, ROBOTS. Our products conform to stringent Quality standards for use in critical applications in the field of Instrumentation, Automobile Industry, Metal Products, Refineries, Power Plants, Chemical & Fertilizer Plants and many other Process Industries. We are also specialized in providing training for PLC, CNC, ROBOTS, SCADA, HMI, Motion Control. For over 5 years, our team of Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical and Software Engineers has been developing cost-effective, state of the art products and solution to improve manufacturing productivity.

Hydraulics Operations We manufacture the following industry based products: We manufacture C-Frame, H-Frame, Deep Throat & Pillar type hydraulic presses upto 1000 Ton with customizable control options like Relay logic, Smart Relays, Smart Relays with Display, PLC, PLC with HMI. SCADA option also available for remote viewing of production rate, target, cycle time etc. We manufacture shearing cut to length presses as per customer demands. We also manufacture special purpose machines to suit our customer needs.
