What’s New in 2011 • Customer base surpassed the “60” mark • Minor updates including changes to Other Transactions, addition of County field, updates to IRS & DRS rates, etc • Major update to BARSReporter • Reserved & unreserved beginning balances* • Reserved & unreserved ending balances* • Debt IDs* • Compensated Absences* • Monthly financial report option * SAO retroactive requirements for 2010

What’s Coming in 2011 • PayRequests (new) • Online retrieval of pay stubs • Online retrieval of accrual balances (i.e. sick bank, vacation bank, etc) • eTimecards (new) • Online entry by personnel • Automatic routing for approval and submission to FirePayroll • Integrated with PayRequests to provide “up to the minute” accrual balances • BARSReporter (2011 SAO update) • Restrictions on use of Special Revenue Fund classification • Roll-ups (consolidations) for multiple General Expense Funds • Integration with SAO’s “next generation” online submission
