  1. CASE STUDY – BIG MACHINES Problem: BigMachines, acquired by cloud solutions company, Oracle, is a leading cloud-based configure, price, and quote solution provider. By combining with Oracle, BigMachines creates end-to-end solutions that allow sales personnel to be more productive and companies to grow revenue faster. As a result of the acquisition, BigMachines was in need of field representatives capable of quickly building new business and hitting their revenue number. Solution: SEG provided BigMachines with a number of candidates for the field representative position. Out of the pool of candidates provided, BigMachines hired on two field representatives, one of which became the #1 revenue generator for entire the company.
