  4. Travel Approximate travel times Depart: 15.30 Thursday 3rd July Due back: 17.30 Friday 11th July Bring suitcase/passport/medical to PE office in the morning.

Passports & Medical cover • All students require a valid passport and EHIC card. • Please check the date on both! • A photocopy/photo of both are required ASAP • Please hand both to Mr Goodman in the morning. • Medical • Information should be on the yellow form. • Additional please speak to a member of staff tonight • Any medication should be clearly labeled with instructions and name and given to Mr Richards in the morning.

  9. MONEY FOR WATERSPORTS TRIP • OUTWARD JOURNEY ( Approx £10 and 15 Euros) in NAMED WALLET • You must bring a wallet / purse for the outward journey. • With ENGLISH money to buy lunch / tea at the service station • With EUROS to buy breakfast in France the following morning • Alternatively you can pack a very large packed lunch / tea/ breakfast and you wont need to bring as much money.

  10. MONEY FOR WATERSPORTS TRIP • WHILST IN FRANCE • ( Approx 6 Euros a day x 8 days) • You will need EUROS for pocket money for ice creams / tuckshop / sourvenirs!! • This should be in an envelope with your name and the amount written on it.

  11. MONEY FOR WATERSPORTS TRIP HOMEWARD JOURNEY ( Approx £10 and 15 Euros) You will need EUROS for tea / and ENGLISH MONEY for breakfast and snacks for the journey home. This should be in a SEPARATE ENVELOPE with your name and the amount written on it.
