Testing Criteria & Method • Test Condition • Immerse sample units (with cables) in undiluted cutting oil in a metal container at 55°C in a temperature control chamber and check periodically for functionality. • Evaluation Method • Operation Check: On/Off operation LED check • Oil Insulation check: Oil entering the housing makes a path and degrades the insulation • Check for seepage: Check inside with light on the optical plate, judged as failed when seepage of oil is observed.
