The Self-Assessment Tool

This seminar focuses on the importance of demographics and various variables in evaluating community support services. Participants will explore the range of potential variables affecting service delivery, including volume, eligibility, and cultural diversity. Discussions will cover the impact of single and clustered variables on our catchment area, strategies for engaging diverse referral sources, and best practices in training staff for cultural competency. Special attention will be given to populations with unique needs, such as non-English speaking families and military dependents.
