  2. 1 MW Mobile Power Plant • In 2011 Marsh Creek LLC provided BP Exploration with a design build Arctic Pack mobile module for the • North Slope • 480V 3-phase power system with 1600A switchgear and integrated controls for gen-set and power distribution. • 1000 Gallon spring mounted double wall belly tank. • 480V and 120/208V power systems powered via gen-set or shore power. • Installed Arctic flex and DLO (locomotive) cables listed for arctic and mobile applications. • Auxiliary 12v LED lighting for startup at remote sites. • 3 in 1 control cabinet with controls for HVAC, radiator fan and load bank. • Fully contained radiator compartment with a 500KW load bank located in front of radiator. • After cooler piping modified to accommodate radiator placement. • Custom stainless steel load bank control cabinet with 800 amp main buss work. • Cabinet components are easily accessible for replacement and troubleshooting systems. • All fuel and oil lines are stainless steel tubing with braided stainless steel flex sections. • Custom stainless steel power interconnect for facility, auxiliary power and shore power hookup. • Aluminum folding snow hoods for easy transport and quick deployment onsite. • 12v hydraulic landing gear with raise/lower push buttons and integrated control panel.

  5. 1 MW Mobile Power Plant Equipment and piping layout is designed to enable routine maintenance without major component removal. The bulkhead diaphragm was designed to simplify removal of piping for major repairs.

  6. 1 MW Mobile Power Plant Snow hoods are designed for mobility and functionality. Two person deployable snow hoods with straps and arms to hold in position while operating.

  7. 1 MW Mobile Power Plant • Marsh Creek custom builds control panels and switchgear to UL & ETL. • “Arctic Pack” power modules can be listed as an assembly under ETL 2200.

  8. 800 kW Black Start Power Plant • Marsh Creek LLC provided Alyeska Pipeline Services with two Arctic Pack Modules for pump stations 3 & 4 • Both modules are remote controlled from the Anchorage office via Alyeska’s ControlNet system. • 1600A 3-phase 480V distribution switchgear. • Custom vibration dampened 450 gallon base tank. • Fully automated Pyrotronics fire system with infrared, thermal detection and local warning horns/strobes. • Interior temperature accurately maintained with Marsh Creek’s radiator air recirculation system. • All fuel and oil system lines are stainless steel tubing with stainless braided flex sections. • Switchgear provides touch screen controls and diagnostics for the generator system. • Arctic rated siding and roofing material installed for cold climates. • Dampers are rated for arctic conditions.

  9. 800 kW Black Start Power Plant Switchgear was designed specifically for manual or remote operations and power distribution. Entryway view of the automatic transfer switch designed to start up the gen-set in case of power outage.

  10. 800 kW Black Start Power Plant UL Listed exhaust insulation from woven fiberglass with a siliconized outer shell. Custom designed fully automated radiator air recirculation system for heat recovery.

  11. 800 kW Black Start Power Plant • Customized controls designed by Marsh Creek. • DLO (locomotive) cables installed for main feeders. • Fabricated aluminum plates for all devices and control panels.

  12. 2 MW Standby Power Plant • In 2010 Marsh Creek LLC provided ENI Petroleum With an Arctic Pack module for the Onshore Spy Island Facility • 13,800 VAC power system. • 500 Gallon day tank with an auto fill control system. • Interior 480V and 120/208V internal power systems powered via switchgear module. • Detronics fully automated fire system with infrared, heat, gas/fire sensors, and warning strobes. • Multiple field termination panels for system monitoring from control station for facility. • Separate radiator compartment with climate controlled damper intake and exhaust systems • Neutral ground resistor for equipment protection • Arctic grade dampers and louvers installed with full climate control from inside and outside ambient temperatures • Installations meet or exceed NEC, Manufacturer and client specifications and requirements • Module delivered in 45 days
