  2. ANTECEDENTES La deserción y el rezago escolar son condiciones que afectan a la eficiencia terminal en el sistema educativo. PUEBLA - TI J U A NA Se caracterizan por:

FACTORES: PUEBL A - T I J U A N A Desmotivación hacia los estudios Condiciones Económicas Características académicas previas Expectativas del estudiante Características personales Incompatibilidad del tiempo Cambio de carrera Deficiente nivel cultural Responsabilidades Deficiente orientación Vocacional

  4. Establecer estrategias académicas y de orientación educativa para disminuir la incidencia de casos de estudiantes que cursan materias por segunda ocasión en los programas educativos de la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración, UABC, unidad Tijuana. OBJETIVO PUEBL A - T I J U A N A

METODOLOGÍA • SUJETOS • Estudiantes de la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración de la UABC, que cursaron materias por segunda ocasión en los ciclos escolares 2002-1 al 2004-2 en las carreras de Licenciado en Contaduría, Administración de Empresas, Informática y Negocios Internacionales. • INSTRUMENTOS • Cuestionario: “Alumnos 2a. oportunidad” • Cárdex de calificaciones PUEBL A - T I J U A N A

PROPUESTAS DE SOLUCIÓN • Cursos de micro-enseñanza a docentes de nuevo ingreso. • Impartir cursos y/o talleres a los estudiantes (con carácter obligatorio), respecto a hábitos y técnicas de estudio. • Diseñar e implementar un programa de tutorías. • Dar seguimiento a la trayectoria académica del alumno repetidor considerando: su ingreso, rendimiento escolar, baja temporal o definitiva, egreso y titulación.
