Project Information Milestone • First food service design-build project outside the US Army • Reggie’s Express/Primo’s Express are the only food service outlets in the newly built Base Exchange • Cost: $500K including construction and FF&E • Hours of Operation: • Mon-Fri 7am – 6pm • 49th and 50th Theme Operation units open • Menu: Burgers, phillies, pizza, calzones and sides
