  3. PROCESADORES AMD NUEVA GENERACION Piledriver es el nombre de los nuevos procesadores AMD, los cuáles contienen cachés L1 y L2. Pueden ser de 4, 6 y 8 núcleos según el modelo (6300, 8320 y 8350). Las velocidades van desde los 3,5 a los 4 Ghz y el Caché L3 es de 4 o de 8 MB. Están trabajados en 32 nanómetros y se encuentran bajo el socket AMD+3. No cuentan con GPU integrada, sin embargo son muy veloces y potentes.
