Integrated Language Arts • Language Arts – Overall Grade = 100% of MP Grade • MP Grade is scored separately from the Indicator Scores • The Event Max Points Possible must equal the Language Arts Subject Max Points • When scoring the Event enter the Total Points earned in the Language Arts – Overall Grade Column

  4. Math • Math – Overall Grade = 100% of MP Grade • MP Grade is scored separately from the Indicator Scores • The Event Max Points Possible must equal the Math Subject Max Points • When scoring the Event enter the Total Points earned in the Math – Overall Grade Column

  5. Spelling • Formal Indicators • 90% of Marking Period Grade • Informal Indicators • 10% of Marking Period Grade

  6. Special Codes • If the assignment is excused for a student, you can type an X in the Special Code column and check No Count. • If the assignment is missing for a student, you can type a Z in the Special Code column and check Missing. This will score as a 0 in the average. • Click Save.

  7. Creating New Reports • Select Add a New Template. • Name the Template • Set the parameters for the report • Click Save.

  8. Cloning Reports • Select Clone Template • Name the Template • Set the parameters for the report • Click Save.

  9. Display Options • You can change how student info, assignments, and grades appear using the Display Options Button

  10. Student Display • Select how you want student names to appear in gradebook • Select display options like Student ID, dropped students etc. • Select Sorting Options

  11. Event Display • Select how you want events to appear in gradebook • Select default settings for events etc. • Select Score Entry Options

  12. Student Profile • Select the student icon next to the student’s name to view the Student Profile • View Family Access Display - Gradebook to view student’s grade in all subjects
