Second year (2/3) • Internship – swimming • Individual contact (1 on 1), with kids that have a physical disability. But also adults and children with social disabilities. • You learn to make contact and connect with the child. Learn to arrange and explain instructions and games. • Observation is also important. You observe your classmate (‘buddy’) and give feedback about what you saw.
Second year (3/3) • Internship sportmix • You arrange and teach different sports to children with disabilities. (ADHD, autistic spectrum, etc) • You learn to do this in front of a group instead of only one person. • Again you learn to make contact and connect with the children. Learn to arrange and explain instructions and games.
Third year (1/4) Internship Chantal • Reinier van Arkel group • Children and adolescent psychiatry • Forensic psychiatry • Walking group every thursday
