  2. Key In Your NRIC Key In Your Password

  3. Click On ‘Tools’ Tab

  4. Scroll Down Wards To Administrative Tools

  5. Click On ‘Travel Declaration (NEW)’ Tab

  6. Click On ‘Add My Travel Declaration’ Tab

  7. Click On ‘Student Travel Declaration (Oct - Dec 2014) (25 Oct 2014 – 31 Dec 2014)’ Tab

  8. Click On ‘Yes’

  9. Select Start Date

  10. Select End Date

  11. Select Country

  12. Select City

  13. Key In ‘Destination Address’ If Applicable

  14. Key In ‘Overseas Contact Number’ If Applicable

  15. Key In ‘Mode Of Travel’ If Applicable

  16. Key In ‘Purpose Of Travel’ If Applicable

  17. Key In ‘Next Of Kin’ If Applicable

  18. Key In ‘Next Of Kin Contact Number’ If Applicable

  19. Key In ‘Transit Info’ If Applicable

  20. Tick In The ‘Declare Box’

  21. Click On ‘Save’ Tab

  22. Travel Declaration Saved

  23. Travel Declaration Details
