How to Complete the Travel Declaration Form for Parents

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for parents on filling out the Travel Declaration Form via the AskNLearn Parent Portal. First, log in using your child's NRIC as the User ID and 'parents' as the password if you haven't registered before. If you're new, complete the registration to access your account. Once logged in, go to the Tools section, select "Travel Declaration (NEW)", and click "Add My Travel Declaration". Fill out the form, then click “Save” to submit. A confirmation message will appear upon successful submission.

  1. Travel Declaration (For Parents) How To Fill In Travel Declaration Form

  2. Go to: lms.asknlearn.com (Select Parent Portal) Login to AsknLearn Fill in Your ID & Password

  3. Login to AsknLearnUserID: ‘Your Child NRIC’Password: ‘parents’ (if you have not register before)

  4. If you are new to the portal, please fill in the required fields and register your account.

  5. Select on Tools after login

  6. Click on “Travel Declaration (NEW)”

  7. Click “Add My Travel Declaration”

  8. Fill in the form.

  9. Complete the form and click “Save”.

  10. “Save successful” message should appear.

  11. End.
