    5. The Resource Innovation Group (TRIG) is a nonprofit organization based in Eugene. TRIGs mission is to foster the develop and application of innovative thinking and approaches to complex social-ecological challenges, including global climate change. The Climate Leadership Initiative, a program within TRIG, manages our adaptation and preparedness projects. TRIG is a partner of the Climate Impacts Research Consortium (NOAA RISA) and affiliated with the Center for Sustainable Communities at Willamette University.
