How do you get your faculty to the “NOW” stage of PBIS implementation? • Communication • Data • Encourage questions and discussions. • Provide incentives for staff. • Provide opportunities for staff to participate in the development of expectations. • Build consensus around common values. • Celebrate accomplishments!!!!!

  10. Eagle Luncheons One change we made this year to our Eagle Luncheons. Each month during the Eagle drawing an eagle was drawn and the teacher who gave the eagle was also rewarded with the opportunity to attend the Eagle Luncheon.
