Ashby Lee Elementary ESL Newsletter April 2014 Important Dates *Due to inclement weather this winter, please note the changes to our Spring Break and May Schedule* April 17—school April 18---no school April 21---no school April 22---school May 6---school Online Homework Help You can access free online homework help for Math, Reading, and Writing for your 3rd to 12th grade student through the Shenandoah County Library System. Visit  http://public.credoreference.com/, select your library, and look for the “Homework Help” tab on the right side of the page. Sign in, and a live tutor will be ready to provide you with subject-specific interactive help. Live help is available Monday through Thursday from 3-9PM and Saturday from 9AM to 3PM. A look ahead… -Again this year Ashby Lee will be offering Summer School to our students, however, you must be invited by your teacher as we will have limited class sizes. The dates for summer school are July 21 - August 7, from 8:30-2, Monday-Thursday. Transportation will be provided. As of right now, these are the only details we know, but when we get more, we will share them with you. If your child is invited to attend summer school, please consider having them attend. It is a wonderful way for students to maintain their skills, while having wonderful new experiences.
