Standard Process • Interaction recorded as an 'episode' in Frameworki • 'Outcome' decided by manager • 'Outcome' assigned to mobile worker • TotalMobile 'visit' pushed to worker's device • Worker records interaction details on TotalMobile forms • Form data pushed back to Frameworki • Manager optionally notified of completed 'visit'
