Join us for the upcoming time meeting on April 6, focusing on machine development (MD) aimed at understanding polarization loss between 100 and 250 GeV. This meeting will include discussions on physics storage for the week and preparations for the Au-Au run at 18 GeV. Ongoing setup for RHIC is projected for April 8-9, and decisions regarding the pp run will be addressed. System reports will be provided by various team members, ensuring operational standards are met. The next meeting is scheduled for April 12.

Schedule • Wednesday, April 6 – Down-ramp Machine Development (up to 16 hours). The goal is to understand how much polarization is lost between 100 and 250 GeV. This study is needed for future projection of polarization at 250GeV. • Physics stores for the rest of the week • Friday, April 8 (possibly additional 8 hours of MD to complete down-ramp studies, TBD/confirmed on April 7). Set-up for Au-Au 18GeV (1+1 week) run: • Set-up of injectors in progress – could be ready to switch for set-up in RHIC April 8-9. Will need few days for set-up in RHIC. • April 8- Will need decision when to stop pp Run and switch to Au-Au set-up in RHIC to prepare for 1 week physics run at 18GeV. Do we run pp through the weekend (till April 11-12)? Till the end of next week (April 15)? Switch to Au on April 9? A. Fedotov, Time Meeting
