  4. Remove Battery 1、Turn the notebook over. 2、Unlock and hold the latch, and remove the battery. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  5. Remove HDD Module Remove three screws and take the HDD away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  6. Remove ODD Module Remove one screw and pull the ODD out of the notebook. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  7. Remove Memory Module Remove 2 screws then take the CPU door away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  8. Remove Memory Module Pull two latches and pop the Memory module up to the 45°angles, and then pulling out the module in that angle. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  9. Remove Fan Remove all screws on the fan then take the fan away. Note: Be careful the connect antenna. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  10. Remove Heatsink Module 4 1 3 2 Remove all screws on heat sink then take the heat sink away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  11. Remove Wireless Module • Remove 1 screw and take away the cover,remove the 1 screw and antennas here and pop the module up to a 45ºangles, and then pulling out the module in that angle. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  12. Remove Keyboard Cover Module • 1、 Remove 5 screws ； Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  13. Remove Keyboard Cover Module • 2、Lift up the keyboard cover and put it in front of top case. Disconnect the LED cable and lauch board cable. Then take the keyboard cover away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  14. Remove Keyboard Module • Remove 2 screws ,Lift up the keyboard and lay it in front of top case then disconncet the keyboard FPC .Now take the keyboard away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  15. Remove Modem Module • Remove one screw , pop the module up and then pulling out the module. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  16. Remove LCD Module • Disconnect the three connector cables and remove both sides screws ,then take the LCD away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  17. Remove Top Case Module • Remove all screws on bottom case ; Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  18. Remove Top Case Module • Disconnect one cables and then lift top case away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006

  19. Remove Motherboard • Remove all screws and disconnect 2 cables and take the motherbaord away. Placeholder-presentation title | 6 April, 2006
