Ideas on How to Proceed Future State Current State ASD Supply Chain has an effective HF program SCMH contains guidance material that defines a HF approach. Promote Human Factors programs with an Error Management System and “Just” Culture Standardised defect codes for Human Factors, for future inclusion in AS/EN9131 A measurement system exists for HF linked to IAQG 5 year vision • Good examples of strategies and deployment exist within member companies. • Sporadic deployment within the ASD supply chain • No method to measure effectiveness • Increasing demand for guidance • To gain approval from the SWG on proposed scope - Complete • Compile an std list of defect codes - Complete • Review and analyse HF programs in Member companies - Complete • Issue a ‘White Paper’ as a guidance document to the supply chain – In Progress • Alternating the weekly teleconferences between Human Factors and Competency Management - Ongoing
